Since I rarely used Google, I searched Yahoo for "vintage films" in 1998 or 1999. This search led me to Elizabeth's Reel Classics, which is a fan-made site about old films. It was one of the few alternatives I had. Elizabeth's website featured insightful film history and stats about leading actors. I had a vision of creating my own archive website.
